The following compulsory documents must be included in a Home Information Pack.
From 6th April 2009 a Home Information Pack must be complete to the extent of including, Index, EPC, Sales Statement, Evidence
of Title and Property Information Questionaire before being marketed.
standard searches (local authority and drainage and water)
a copy of the lease for leasehold properties
commonhold documents where appropriateStandard Searches must be completed within 28 days - see here for more.
