The following compulsory documents must be included in a Home Information Pack.

• Home Information Pack Index
• Energy Performance Certificate
• Sale statement
• Standard searches
• Evidence of title
• Property Information Questionaire
• Additional information for leasehold and commonhold sales, where appropriate.

From 6th April 2009 a Home Information Pack must be complete to the extent of including, Index, EPC, Sales Statement, Evidence of Title and Property Information Questionaire before being marketed.
